Regardless of the position we hold, there will be a time when we are called to lead. It may be professionally, or it may be personally. Our world is changing drastically each day and it is critical to find the leader within you to rise to the occasion when necessary.
However, many thoughts on leadership focus on a single direction- leading from the front. That is definitely an important position but there are other extremely critical positions a leader, maneuvering a team in this new world, must consider.
This session introduces the three leadership positions and particularly the importance of leading from behind. You will gain knowledge as to why leadership requires multi-directional pivoting and when each position is critical to gain traction in our everchanging world. It is not enough to move your team forward; it is critical to lead everyone in the right direction.
